氨基糖甙类抗生素是临床常用的药物之一,该药一日两次给药法已为临床广泛使用,然而,多年来一直有人探索一日一次给药法的可能性,目前关于其疗效的可靠性及安全性研究均取得了一些新进展。一、关于疗效可靠性的实验研究最近报道:氨基糖甙类的血清最大峰浓度或平均峰浓度与最小抑菌浓度(MIC)的比率,与病人治疗反应呈很好的正相关,这就是说,与MIC 和MBC 相比,相对较高的药物峰浓度是其临床抗菌治疗反应的决定因素。若每日药物总剂量相同,一日一次治疗时药物峰浓度最高,因而其杀菌活性也应当最好,大量试验结果均支持这一推论。
