随着信息化的深入,国民经济的各关键产业的信息及相关联系都可以在互联网上得到反映。如果能对互联网上海量数据进行采集和分析,必能对产业规律的发现和产业政策的制定提供重要辅助作用。本文提出了互联网产业社区的概念,并通过两个基本的产业社区发现算法,以水产领域为例,给出一个从产业社区的角度来辅助标准化体系研究的技术方案,同时在社会关注热点与标准化工作联系方面进行了探索。
With the deepening of informationization, the information and related links of the key industries in the national economy can all be reflected on the Internet. If we can collect and analyze the data on the Internet in Shanghai, we will be able to provide important support to the discovery of industrial laws and the formulation of industrial policies. This paper puts forward the concept of Internet industry community. Through two basic industry community discovery algorithms, taking aquatic field as an example, this paper gives a technical scheme to assist the research of standardization system from the perspective of industrial community. At the same time, Work contacts have been explored.
