针对建筑企业项目精益建造管理能力的影响因素众多、影响关系复杂的特点,通过文献综述和德尔菲法建立初级指标,并利用探索性因子分析方法对初级指标进行分析得到一级指标。构建结构方程模型(SEM),运用AMOS20.0软件处理问卷调查数据,确立各个观测变量和潜变量对精益建造管理能力的作用路径和效应,根据结构方程模型变量结构关系和相应的路径系数分析各指标之间的影响关系,最后根据研究结论提出建筑企业项目精益建造管理能力提升的对策。
Aiming at the characteristics of the lean construction management ability of construction enterprise project which are influenced by many factors and complicated the relationship, the primary index is established through literature review and Delphi method, and the primary index is analyzed by the exploratory factor analysis method to obtain the first-level index. Construct the structural equation model (SEM), and use the AMOS20.0 software to process the questionnaire data to establish the path and effect of each observation variable and latent variable on lean construction management ability. According to structural equation model’s structural relationship and corresponding path coefficient Indicators of the relationship between the impact of the final conclusions of the study put forward architectural enterprises project lean construction management ability to enhance countermeasures.
