Web2.0时代的到来,把微软逼到了一个不得不通过收购,以在互联网领域重塑雄风的地步;也有很多人认为,“雅虎+微软”与谷歌抗衡也许是最好的选择。但是,一桩看似美满的姻缘,最终结果却是劳燕分飞。北京时间5月4日晨,微软发言人宣布,因价格未达成一致,正式放弃收购雅虎,至此微软与雅虎之间的收购战看似画上了一个句号。为什么一个在外界看来门当户对的婚姻,却落了个分手的结局呢?雅虎会向何处去?谁会是微软的下一个收购目标?这一切还要从年初说起。
The advent of the Web 2.0 era pushed Microsoft to the point where it had to reshape its presence in the Internet with acquisitions; and many felt that “Yahoo + Microsoft” might be the best bet against Google. However, a seemingly happy marriage, the end result is Lao Yanfenfei. Beijing time on the morning of May 4, Microsoft spokesman announced that the price was not agreed to officially give up the acquisition of Yahoo, so far the acquisition war between Microsoft and Yahoo seems to draw a full stop.
