为了进一步探讨环境污染和先天畸形之间关系,在太原市郊区选择利用工业废水灌田的吴村乡和利用雨水灌溉的侯村乡进行对比调查,调查自1985年1月1日～1988年12月31日期间的全部出生儿。结果为吴村乡畸形率67.42‰,侯村乡畸形率20.07‰,X~2=30.56,P<0.01,差异显著(吴村乡>候村乡)。吴村乡灌田污水中过量锰、镉是致畸的重要因素,进一步动物实验研究也证明了锰镉致畸作用。
In order to further explore the relationship between environmental pollution and congenital malformations, a comparative survey was conducted between Wucun Township and Houcun Township, which chose to irrigate industrial waste water in the suburbs of Taiyuan City. The survey was conducted between January 1, 1985 and December 1988 All born on the 31st of the month. The results showed that the deformity rate of Wucun was 67.42 ‰, and that of Houcun was 20.07 ‰, X ~ 2 = 30.56, P <0.01, with significant difference (Wucun Township> Houcun Township). Wucun rural irrigation field excess manganese, cadmium is an important factor teratogenic, further animal studies have also proved that the teratogenicity of manganese and cadmium.
