对传统铁路客车空调系统送风不均匀的原因进行了详细分析,同时介绍了静压送风道的结构,对不同类型的静压送风系统进行了送风均匀性测试。测试结果表明:现有送风道由于结构不合理,存在着较大的送风不均匀现象,所测3种不同结构的送风道均存在相似的不均匀规律。并根据所测数据对送风不均匀的原因进行了分析,提出了进一步提高静压送风道送风均匀性的措施。
The reason of uneven air supply in air-conditioning system of traditional railway passenger cars is analyzed in detail. At the same time, the structure of static pressure air supply duct is introduced and the uniformity of air supply is tested for different types of static pressure air supply system. The test results show that: due to the unreasonable structure of the existing air supply duct, there is a large air supply unevenness. There are similar uneven laws in the air supply ducts of the three different structures tested. According to the measured data, the reason of uneven air supply is analyzed, and measures to further improve the air supply uniformity of the static air supply duct are proposed.
