隣脂苯芥为本所合成的新抗癌药物。它对实验肿瘤有较强的抑制效能,对人体某些肿瘤也有一定疗效。本文进一步研究隣脂苯芥与手术合并治疗Brown-Pearce癌的作用,以给临床试用时参考。获得的主要结果如下: (1)隣脂苯芥对家兔Brown-Pearce癌转移有一定的抑制作用,它对肝、肺和肾脏的肿瘤转移灶分別有24—41,27—33和28—30%的抑制率。手术切除原发灶对转移无明显影响。手术后合用隣脂苯芥治疗,对肝和肺脏转移的抑制作用能明显提高。 (2)手术合并隣脂苯芥治疗,其给药时间不同能影响疗效。手术中期给药,卽在手术前后3天以及手术当天每天给药一次的效果较好。 (3)隣脂苯芥,手术以及手术合用隣脂苯芥治疗,对血红蛋白、红细胞数影响不大;手术合用隣脂苯芥治疗,可使白细胞数略有下降。
Ophthalmic Benbenbenzene-based synthesis of new anti-cancer drugs. It has a strong inhibitory effect on experimental tumors, some of the human body tumors have a certain effect. This paper further study ointment and surgical treatment of Brown-Pearce cancer role, for clinical trial reference. The main results obtained are as follows: (1) Ophiopogon japonicus has a certain inhibitory effect on the metastasis of Brown-Pearce in rabbits. It has 24-41, 27-33 and 28- 30% inhibition. Surgical removal of the primary tumor had no significant effect on metastasis. Ophthalmic treatment combined with surgery, the inhibition of liver and lung metastasis can be significantly improved. (2) surgery olanolipide treatment, its administration time can affect the efficacy. Mid-term surgery, 卽 3 days before and after surgery and the day of surgery once a day is better. (3) Ophthalmic, ophthalmic surgery and surgery combined with olanipine treatment, hemoglobin, red blood cell count was not affected; surgery combined with olanipine treatment, the number of white blood cells can be slightly decreased.
