风力发电机组用法兰在生产过程中经探伤发现内部存在超标缺陷。对法兰切片进行化学成分检测、宏观微观检验,综合分析了其内部形成缺陷的原因。该法兰材质为铌微合金化Q345E,综合检验结果表明,在冶炼过程中添加的铌铁未全部溶解,未溶的铌铁颗粒破坏了法兰基体的连续性,使其在后续热变形过程中产生应力集中导致开裂。
