随着经济的发展,国家为了进一步拉动经济增长,加大资金的投入,也带动了工程建设行业的发展,对工程建设的要求也越来越高。其中,质量与安全是工程建设中的关键因素,也是社会中关注的焦点。在工程建设中,施工监理扮演着重要的角色,不仅是在工程的安全质量方面,还在工程的施工进度的管理、成本控制、合同管理等方面有极大的影响。因此,本文在介绍工程施工监理工作的基础上,分析了目前工程建设中监理存在的不足,并进一步提出提高监理工作效率的措施,希望对人们有一定的借鉴意义。
With economic development, in order to further stimulate economic growth and increase investment in capital, the state has also led to the development of the engineering construction industry, and the requirements for engineering construction are also getting higher and higher. Among them, the quality and safety are the key factors in the construction of the project and also the focus of attention in the society. In project construction, construction supervision plays an important role, not only in terms of safety and quality of the project, but also in the project construction progress management, cost control, contract management and other aspects. Therefore, based on the introduction of construction supervision work, this paper analyzes the existing problems of supervision in current construction and puts forward some measures to improve the efficiency of supervision work.
