应用免疫组化SP法检测MMP2和nm23蛋白在66例胃癌中的表达。结果:66例胃癌中,MMP2的阳性表达率为71.2%(47/66),nm23蛋白的阳性表达率为68.2%(45/66)。MMP2与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05),而与胃癌组织学分级和浸润深度无明显相关(P>0.05)。nm23与胃癌浸润深度及淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05),而与组织学分级无明显相关(P>0.05)。认为MMP2和nm23与胃癌的生物学行为、预后和淋巴结转移上存在关系,可以作为什计患者预后及术后治疗的生物学指标。
Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MMP2 and nm23 protein in 66 cases of gastric cancer. Results: The positive rate of MMP2 in 66 cases was 71.2% (47/66) and the positive rate of nm23 was 68.2% (45/66). There was a positive correlation between MMP2 and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with histological grade and depth of invasion (P> 0.05). nm23 was negatively correlated with the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with histological grade (P> 0.05). It is believed that the relationship between MMP2 and nm23 and the biological behavior, prognosis and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer may be used as a biological indicator of prognosis and postoperative treatment.
