随着建筑业机械化施工程度的不断提高,中小型机械在施工生产过程中发挥着越来越大的作用。但在施工过程中,存在着中小型机械投入数量多、消耗浪费大、周转慢、利用率低、管理保养跟不上、综合效益差等问题。 在建筑业不断深化改革过程中,我公司对中小型机械管理不断进行探索和改革,改变多年来一直存在的开工前盲目要设备、施工中拚设备、结算中“吃设备”的现象。我们从1988年开始,对公司所属5大类、12种型号的中小型机械实行集中管理,租赁经营,统一调
With the continuous improvement of the mechanized construction of the construction industry, small and medium-sized machinery is playing an increasingly important role in the construction and production process. However, in the construction process, there are many problems such as large number of small and medium-sized machinery inputs, large consumption of waste, slow turnover, low utilization rate, poor management and maintenance, and poor overall efficiency. In the process of continuously deepening the reform of the construction industry, our company has continuously explored and reformed the management of small and medium-sized machinery, and changed the blindness of equipment, equipment during construction, and the “eating equipment” in settlement before the start of work. Since 1988, we have implemented centralized management of five types and 12 models of small and medium-sized machinery of our company.
