本文根据型料砂浆管道的输送特点和超声波传感器的特性,结合型料注入管道的计数及注入速度的要求,设计了一种以超声波传感器检测型料管道注入数和型料运行速度的型料砂浆管道超声波计数器。文中给出了超声波计数器的设计电路及中断程序流程,这种超声波计数器能推广应用于其他领域各种物件的非接触检测及计数。
