2015年5月17日,国务院办公厅印发了《关于城市公立医院改革的指导意见》,为公立医院改革点明了方向。面对市场竞争和政策变更的双重压力,县级公立医院粗放型的管理模式已经无法满足改革发展的需要。通过总结本人近年来在县级公立医院财务收支审计过程中发现的常见问题,浅要分析产生问题的原因,提出强化内部管理的几个建议,期望为相关管理人员提供参考,促进公立医院的健康发展。
On May 17, 2015, the General Office of the State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on the Reform of Urban Public Hospitals, pointing out the direction for public hospital reform. Faced with the dual pressures of market competition and policy changes, the extensive management model of county-level public hospitals can no longer meet the needs of reform and development. By summarizing the common problems found in the auditing process of the county-level public hospitals in recent years, I briefly analyze the causes of the problems and put forward several suggestions to strengthen the internal management. I hope to provide reference for the relevant managers and promote the public hospitals healthy growth.
