目前广泛采用的选煤工艺都是湿式工艺,如泡沫浮选、富集筛选、水力旋转等工艺。最近美国戴维森公司正在研制新的干式选煤装置,该装置的核心是一组在空气振动作用下的重力分离器,现已完成第一阶段的研究试验工作。初步测试结果表明,该装置用于选纸硫或高硫煤时,可除去70%的硫分,还可除掉100%的原岩。新的选煤装置的能力为10吨/时,但将来的工业性装置的能力将不低于30吨/时。今年晚些时候即可接受新产品货。
Currently widely used in coal preparation process are wet processes, such as froth flotation, enrichment screening, hydraulic rotation and other processes. Recently, Davidson Company of the United States is developing a new dry coal preparation device. At the heart of this device is a set of gravity separators under the action of air vibration. The first phase of research and test work has now been completed. The preliminary test results show that the device can remove 70% sulfur when it is used to pick paper or high-sulfur coal, and can remove 100% original rock. The new coal preparation plant has a capacity of 10 tons / hour, but future industrial installations will have a capacity of not less than 30 tons / hour. New products will be accepted later this year.
