本文采用面板数据,利用Panel Data模型,对2000-2006年FDI对中国工业部门技术溢出效应进行了区域分析,指出21世纪初,中国工业部门引进FDI在总体上对内资部门产出增长起到了积极的促进作用,FDI的技术溢出效应为正,但这一技术溢出效应的作用并不太大且在地域上不均衡。分东、中、西部的研究表明,中国西部总体上经济发展水平还未跨过FDI引起积极作用的门槛,而东、中部内资工业部门技术水平的提升对当前FDI的正向技术溢出效应相对较大。
Using panel data and Panel Data model, this paper conducts a regional analysis on the technology spillover effect of FDI from 2000 to 2006 in China’s industrial sectors. It points out that in the early 21st century, the introduction of FDI by China’s industrial sector has generally taken an active part in the growth of domestic sector output , The positive effect of technology spillover from FDI is positive, but the effect of this technology spillover effect is not too large and uneven in geographical terms. Studies in the east, the middle and the west show that the overall level of economic development in western China has not yet exceeded the threshold for the positive effects of FDI while the improvement in the technological level of the domestic-funded industrial sectors in the eastern and central regions is relatively more positive for the current technology spillover effect of FDI Big.
