企业内部经济责任制是企业重要经营管理制度之一。合理化的目标、完善的管理体系、明确的主体为经济责任制的开展夯实基础;全程监控体系为经济责任制的有效运转“保驾护航”;目标管理与绩效考核把持着经济责任制的发展命脉。企业经济责任制的顺利开展既离不开科学目标的确立,又离不开目标的具体化,更离不开公平、公正的绩效考核管理办法。本文主要围绕企业内部经济责任制运行对策展开讨论。
Internal economic responsibility system is one of the important business management system. Rationalization of the goal, a sound management system, a clear main body for the development of economic responsibility to lay a solid foundation for the entire monitoring system for the effective operation of the economic responsibility system, “escort”; target management and performance appraisal holding the development of economic responsibility system lifeline. The smooth implementation of the economic responsibility system of enterprises can not be separated from the establishment of scientific goals and the concrete realization of goals. It is even more inseparable from the fair and impartial performance appraisal and management measures. This article mainly discusses the operation countermeasures of economic responsibility system in enterprises.
