采用高温大空速予积炭的方法,考察了HZSM-5沸石催化剂用于甲苯歧化反应时的积炭过程。结果表明,HZSM-5沸石上的失活方程为C_T=C_(Te~(-0.0225t))。水汽处理后HZSM-5沸石的失活速率减慢,随处理时间的增加,k 值下降。用比表面,孔隙率,吸附量以及ESR的测定考察了积炭前后沸石物性的变化,认为沸石在积炭过程中,炭沉积在沸石的表面或孔道中,使沸石孔径缩小或孔道堵塞,从而物性发生变化,反应活性下降。文中分析了沸石催化剂用于甲苯歧化反应失活的原因。
High temperature and space velocity pre-carbon deposition method was used to investigate the carbon deposition process of HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst for toluene disproportionation reaction. The results show that the deactivation equation on HZSM-5 zeolite is C_T = C_ (Te ~ (-0.0225t)). The rate of deactivation of HZSM-5 zeolite slowed down after the steam treatment, and the k value decreased with the increase of treatment time. The change of physical properties of zeolites before and after carbon deposition was investigated by the determination of specific surface area, porosity, adsorption capacity and ESR. It is believed that during the carbon deposition, zeolite deposits on the surface or pores of the zeolite, which reduces the pore size of zeolites or blocks the pores. Physical properties change, reactivity decreased. In this paper, the reasons for the deactivation of toluene disproportionation reaction using zeolite catalysts are analyzed.
