动态观察的实验表明:乳头果组小鼠的淋巴细胞DNA及ANAE阳性淋巴细胞值均较仅注射环磷酰胺(CPA)组者下降较少(P<0.005,P<0.01),其下降的最低点分别在第17日和第21日,而CPA组下降的最低点在第17日。溶剂组的结果与CPA组相似。CPA组DTH下降明显(P<0.002),而乳头果总甙可使恢复到正常水平(P>0.05),可见本品不仅对受CPA抑制的淋巴细胞DNA、ANAE阳性淋巴细胞有保护作用而且对其DTH功能也有一定的保护作用。
The dynamic observation experiments showed that the lymphocyte DNA and ANAE-positive lymphocyte counts in the papaya group mice were lower than those in the cyclophosphamide (CPA) group alone (P<0.005, P<0.01), and the decrease was lowest. Points are on the 17th and 21st respectively, while the lowest point of the CPA group is on the 17th. The result of the solvent group is similar to that of the CPA group. DPA decreased significantly in the CPA group (P<0.002), while the total nipple fruit returned to normal levels (P>0.05).
