我国保险业恢复发展30多年来,发展时间不长,发展速度惊人。作为朝阳行业,我国保险业处于快速成长期,业务扩张非常快,加上国外保险公司的涌入,市场主体不断增加,但新的营销观念尚处于萌芽状态,保险营销人员整体素质不高,保险产品不能满足客户需求,因此,必须创新保险营销机制,才能不断提高保险企业的综合竞争力。
After more than 30 years of restoration and development of the insurance industry in our country, the development period is not long and the pace of development is staggering. As a sunrise industry, China’s insurance industry is in a period of rapid growth and business expansion is very fast. With the influx of foreign insurance companies, the main body of the market continues to increase. However, the new marketing concept is still in its infancy. The overall quality of insurance marketers is not high. Insurance Products can not meet customer needs, therefore, we must innovate insurance marketing mechanism in order to continuously improve the overall competitiveness of insurance companies.
