王集磷矿第三层矿是属于比较典型的细粒鲕状结构的硅—钙质磷块岩,脉石矿物主要为硅酸盐和碳酸盐(白云石,方解石);有用矿物主要是鲕粒状胶磷矿。其嵌布粒度极细,又互相浸染,原矿品位(指含P_2O_5,以下同)15%左右,是所谓胶磷矿中最难选的一种。1973年上半年我院对该矿进行了规模为0.7吨/日的浮选扩大试验,取得了精矿品位30%,回收率80%以上的工艺指标。但还存在着入选温度较高(50~55℃),药剂耗用量较大等问题。为了防止将来工业生产中排出的大量尾矿废水对水源和土壤等污染,保障人民身体健康,以及降低药耗、降低浮选温度,于1973年下半年进行了尾矿水回收和降低浮选温度的中间规模试验。
