研究了卡尔.马克思自由发展理念,认为马克思倡导的是发展应关注人的自由度——能力的拓展,而科学发展观对发展的价值核心进行了新定位,形成了新的发展理念,提出了维系发展的新意蕴,是对卡尔.马克思自由发展理念的继承和发展。在重新审视卡尔.马克思自由发展理念的基础上,提出卡尔.马克思自由发展理念将对人们认识科学与价值、科学发展与公平正义的关系问题及科学评价发展的问题带来有益借鉴。
