目的:分析小儿营养不良的健康保健方法。方法:选取2014年7月至2015年7月该院收治的营养不良患儿64例,分为两组,对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上开展健康保健教育,回顾分析两组护理效果。结果:采用健康保健干预的研究组,其护理后患儿不良饮食习惯的纠正率、不良反应的发生率以及护理满意度与对照组相比,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对营养不良儿童采用健康保健干预,能够有效改善患儿的生活质量,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the health care method of malnutrition in children. Methods: Totally 64 children with malnutrition admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care. The study group conducted health education on the basis of the control group. The two groups were retrospectively analyzed Nursing effect. Results: The correction rate of unhealthy eating habits, the incidence of adverse reactions and the degree of nursing satisfaction in the study group with health care intervention were statistically significant (P <0.05) compared with the control group. Conclusion: Adopting health care intervention for malnourished children can effectively improve children’s quality of life, which deserves further popularization and application.
