目的:探讨复方活血汤(简称中药)对免疫诱导的再生障碍性贫血(再障)小鼠骨髓造血细胞粘附分子及细胞周期蛋白表达的作用。方法:建立免疫诱导的再障小鼠模型,喂饲100%复方活血汤每次02ml,每日2次,第13日用流式细胞仪检测小鼠骨髓单个核细胞β1整合素家族(CD49d/CD29,α4β1;又称VeryLateAntigens,VLA家族)及细胞周期蛋白D2的表达水平。结果:中药组CD49d表达明显高于再障组(P<005),且与正常组无明显差异;中药组细胞周期蛋白D2表达明显高于再障组(P<001);而其G0+G1期细胞数显著低于再障组(P<001)。结论:复方活血汤能增强免疫再障小鼠骨髓造血细胞粘附分子CD49d和细胞周期蛋白D2的表达,促进造血细胞的增生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of compound HuoXueTang (Traditional Chinese Medicine) on the expression of adhesion molecules and cyclin of bone marrow hematopoietic cells in mice induced by immune-induced aplastic anemia (Aplastic anemia). METHODS: A mouse model of aplastic anemia induced by immunization was established and fed with 100% compound Huoxue Decoction each time with 02ml twice a day. On the 13th day, the β1 integrin family of mouse bone marrow mononuclear cells was detected by flow cytometry ( CD49d/CD29, α4β1; also known as VeryLate Antigens, VLA family) and cyclin D2 expression levels. Results: The expression of CD49d was significantly higher in the Chinese medicine group than in the aplastic anemia group (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference from the normal group. The expression of cyclin D2 in the Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that in the aplastic anemia group (P<001). The number of G0+G1 phase cells was significantly lower than that of the aplastic anemia group (P<001). Conclusion: Compound Huoxue Decoction can enhance the expression of CD49d and cyclin D2 in bone marrow hematopoietic cells of mice with immune aplastic anemia and promote the proliferation of hematopoietic cells.
