红外遥控器出现遥控失灵的故障,一般是由以下3种原因造成的:(1)遥控器中的石英晶振损坏;(2)红外线发光二极管或驱动电路有故障;(3)红外遥控接收电路有故障。下面介绍判断故障原因的实用方法。 (1)把一只性能良好的红外接收二极管通过两根5~6m长的细导线与一袖珍AM收音机磁性天线的初级线圈并连起来,使收音机具有检测红外遥控信号的功能。检测时,在离收音机约3m远处,将待测遥控器的红外发射管靠近红外接收管的受光面,按动遥控器的功能键,若收音机发出“嘟嘟”声(此声响是红外遥控信号被接收管接收后经过光电转换变成电信号,再被收音机放大后产生的),说明遥控器红外发射正常,故障在于红外接收电路部分;若无“嘟嘟”声,说明遥控器有故障,红外发射电路元件或振荡电路有关元件损坏。
