目的:探讨不同种类的妇科肿瘤患者血清IL-6、TNF-α和IFN-α的表达。方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法和放射免疫法。结果:不同种类的妇科恶性肿瘤患者血清IL-6、TNF-α和IFN-α水平均明显高于不同种类的妇科良性肿瘤(P<0.01,P<0.05)。4种妇科恶性肿瘤血清IL-6的表达依次为:卵巢恶性肿瘤、恶性滋养叶细胞肿瘤、子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌,其均值分别为786.89pg/ml、419.67pg/ml、186.80pg/ml、149.67pg/ml。血清TNF-α的表达依次为:宫颈癌、卵巢恶性肿瘤、恶性滋养叶细胞肿瘤、子宫内膜癌,其均值分别为850pg/ml,842.86pg/ml、725pg/ml、700pg/ml。血清IFN-α的表达依次为:宫颈癌、卵巢恶性肿瘤、子宫内膜癌、恶性滋养叶细胞肿瘤。其均值分别为:243.33pg/ml、237.89pg/ml、201.40pg/ml、198.78pg/ml。结论:3种细胞因子的测定对恶性肿瘤的病情估计和预后判断有重要价值。
Objective: To investigate the expression of serum IL-6, TNF-α and IFN-α in different types of gynecological tumor patients. Methods: Double antibody sandwich ELISA and radioimmunoassay. Results: The levels of serum IL-6, TNF-α and IFN-α in patients with different types of gynecologic malignancy were significantly higher than those in different types of gynecological benign tumors (P<0.01, P<0.05). The expression of serum IL-6 in four types of gynecologic malignancies was ovarian cancer, malignant trophoblastic tumor, endometrial cancer, and cervical cancer. Their mean values were 786.89 pg/ml, 419.67 pg/ml, 186, respectively. 80 pg/ml, 149.67 pg/ml. The expression of serum TNF-α was: cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, malignant trophoblastic tumor, and endometrial cancer. The mean values of TNF-α were 850 pg/ml, 842.86 pg/ml, 725 pg/ml, and 700 pg/ml, respectively. The expression of serum IFN-α was as follows: cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, malignant trophoblastic tumor. The mean values were: 243.33 pg/ml, 237.89 pg/ml, 201.40 pg/ml, 198.78 pg/ml. Conclusion: The determination of three cytokines is of great value in the assessment of disease and prognosis of malignant tumors.
