目的:探讨复合营养素对大鼠急性束缚冷水浸泡应激时血清Th细胞亚群相关细胞因子变化引起的Th1/Th2失衡的影响。方法:SD雄性大鼠随机分为:正常对照组、急性应激对照组、急性应激喂复合营养素组。采用束缚冷水浸泡应激模型,急性应激30 min,应激后0 min、30 min、60 min和120 min处死动物取血,分离血清保存于-70℃备用,ELISA试剂盒检测大鼠血清中的IL-2、IL-6和TNF-α的变化。结果:急性束缚冷水浸泡应激后可引起细胞因子IL-2水平的降低,IL-6和TNF-α升高,不同时间点(0、30、60、120 min)中30min的变化最明显,应用复合营养素可削弱急性束缚冷水浸泡应激引起的IL-2水平的降低和IL-6、TNF-α的升高,同样以应激后30 min复合营养素的改善作用最显著。结论:复合营养素可以显著改善急性束缚冷水浸泡应激应激大鼠Th1/Th2细胞因子IL-2、IL-6和TNF-α的变化,提示复合营养素可改善应激大鼠的免疫调节功能,恢复Th1/Th2平衡,对于提高机体抗应激能力、减轻应激所造成的损伤可能具有一定的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of compound nutrient on Th1 / Th2 imbalance caused by changes of serum Th cell subsets related to cytokines in acute tethered cold water immersion in rats. Methods: SD male rats were randomly divided into normal control group, acute stress control group and acute stress fed with nutrient group. CONCLUSION: Compound nutrients can significantly improve the changes of Th1 / Th2 cytokines IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α in acute stress cold water immersion stress-induced stress rats, suggesting that the complex nutrients can improve immune function in stressed rats, Restoring Th1 / Th2 balance may play an important role in improving the body’s ability to resist stress and alleviating the damage caused by stress.
