用体温测定油松种子发芽率(1988年陕西林业科技第3期),由于人体的限制,该法只能适用小批小粒种子,而对大批大粒种子无能为力。笔者经过不断试验,又摸索出了用电热褥测定油松种子发芽率的方法。该法测定结果与用光照发芽器测定的发芽率相比较,基本吻合,且能适应大批大粒种子。测定所用材料造价低,设备简单,易修理。具体做法如下:(1)材料空床一张,电热褥、被子、
