试验研究了GA_3和PP_(333)对盆栽花椰菜的花序生长、荚生长及种子形成的效果。结果表明,GA_3促进花序生长,刺激荚的生长,还能提高种子的千粒重。低浓度GA_3提高了种子萌发率。GA_3处理提高了幼苗的根长。施用PP_(333)后,花序长度随着浓度增高而迅速缩短,低浓度PP_(333)可促进荚长增加,但千粒重下降,PP_(333)和GA_3处理均可促进同化物运向荚。GA_3根外喷施可以提高植株内源GAs及IAA和ZRs含量,但ABA含量下降。PP_(333),使内源GAs及IAA和ZRs含量降低,但ABA水平提高。
The effects of GA_3 and PP_ (333) on inflorescence growth, pod growth and seed formation of potted broccoli were studied. The results showed that GA 3 promoted the growth of inflorescences, stimulated the growth of pods, and increased the 1000-grain weight of seeds. Low concentration of GA_3 increased seed germination rate. GA_3 treatment increased seedling root length. After the application of PP_ (333), the length of inflorescence rapidly shortened with increasing concentration. Low concentration of PP_ (333) promoted the growth of pods, but decreased the thousand - kernel weight. Both PP_ (333) and GA_3 treatments promoted the assimilation of pods. Application of GA_3 could improve the content of endogenous GAs, IAA and ZRs, but the content of ABA decreased. PP_ (333) decreased the content of endogenous GAs and IAA and ZRs, but increased ABA levels.
