目的:探讨糖皮质激素(GC)对免疫相关性神经疾病(IND)患者血浆、CSF可溶性凋亡基因(soluble Fas,sFas/sApo-1/sCD95)的影响。方法:双抗体夹心ELISA法检测22例IND患者GC治疗前后血浆、CSF中sFas含量,并与20例脑梗死(NIND)患者、18例手术(OP)患者、11例未用GC的重症肌无力患者(NMG)的sFas进行对比。结果:治疗前IND组、NIND组、OP组、NMG组的sFas四组之间无显著差别(血浆:F=2.04,P>0.05;CSF:F=1.94,P>0.05);各组之间两两比较无显著差别(全部P>0.05)。治疗前IND组低于治疗后IND组(血浆:t=1.478,P>0.05;CSF:t=1.133,P>0.05);治疗后:IND组高于NMG组(血浆:t=1.341,P>0.05;CSF:t=1.031,P>0.05)。结论:未发现GC对IND患者血浆、CSF的sFas有明显影响,这也许是GC有效治疗IND的原理之一,GC在IND细胞凋亡中的作用需进一步研究。
Objective: To investigate the effect of glucocorticosteroid (sFas / sApo-1 / sCD95) on the plasma and CSF soluble apoptosis in patients with immune-related neuropathy (IND). Methods: The plasma and CSF levels of sFas in 22 IND patients before and after GC were measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA. The levels of sFas in 20 patients with cerebral infarction (NIND), 18 patients with OP (OP), 11 patients with GC without GC Patients (NMG) sFas were compared. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the four groups of sFas in IND group, NIND group, OP group and NMG group (plasma: F = 2.04, P> 0.05; CSF: F = 1.94, P> 0.05) There was no significant difference between any two groups (all P> 0.05). After treatment, the IND group was lower than the IND group after treatment (plasma: t = 1.478, P> 0.05; CSF: t = 1.133, P> 0.05) 0.05; CSF: t = 1.031, P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: No significant effect of GC on sFas in plasma and CSF of patients with IND was found. This may be one of the principles for the effective treatment of IND by GC. The role of GC in IND apoptosis needs further study.
