我段燃油炉车辆经过几个冬季使用,发现在控制系统和操作使用中存在着一些不安全因素,主要有以下几点: 1.手动点火线路的负线即是电机及控制电路公用的104号负线,由于燃油炉在正常燃烧工作中,点火线路虽然由手动点火开关闭掉,已切断了正线电路,但点火线路的负线仍然与控制负线连通,加之点火器经常结焦和被油、水等物浸染,造成点火降压电阻及点火电路负线的漏电现象,进而造成车体负线严重漏电。
