数据采集系统是测控仪器的核心部分，要提高系统的可用度和可靠度，检测和诊断是其重要环节。文章在分析典型数据采集系统结构的基础上，研究了实现输出控制接口测试、数据采集回路的闭环自测试设计方法，提出冗余设计是实现数据采集模块自测试与自诊断的主要方法与技术。针对典型数据采集系统所存在的不可靠、速度低以及通道之间不能进行瞬时比较等缺点，给出了并行多通道数据采集系统的实现技术并利用此技术进行道间校正、测试和容错设计。利用自测试与自诊断技术，提高了实际应用系统的可靠性。
Data acquisition system is the core part of the measurement and control instruments, to improve the system availability and reliability, detection and diagnosis is an important part. Based on the analysis of the structure of a typical data acquisition system, this paper studies the design method of closed-loop self-test to realize output control interface test and data acquisition loop. It is proposed that redundancy design is the main method and technology to realize self-test and self-diagnosis of data acquisition module. Aiming at the disadvantages of typical data acquisition system, such as unreliable, low speed and no instantaneous comparison between channels, this paper presents the realization technology of parallel multi-channel data acquisition system and uses this technology to calibrate, test and fault tolerant design. The use of self-test and self-diagnostic techniques to improve the reliability of practical applications.
