针对超厚水泥稳定碎石基层整体摊铺整体压实工艺出现时间较短,现行规范缺乏有关大功率振动机械碾压工艺的规定的缺陷,本文依托瓜州至星星峡高速公路路面工程,研究了超厚宽幅水泥稳定碎石基层压实机械的要求,选择了合适的压实机具,探讨了不同压路机组合下超厚水泥稳定碎石基层压实效果。结果表明:采用32t和20t振动压路机与胶轮压路机的组合方式,能够保证厚度为35cm的水泥稳定碎石基层的有效压实。
In view of the fact that the overall compaction process of the whole pavement of ultra-thick cement stabilized macadam is relatively short, and the existing norms lack the stipulation about the rolling process of high-power vibrating machinery, this paper relies on the pavement engineering of Guazhou-Xingxingxia Expressway, The requirements of the compaction machinery for extra-thick and wide-width cement stabilized macadam were selected, and suitable compaction equipment was selected. The compaction effect of extra-thick cement stabilized macadam basement under different roller combinations was discussed. The results show that the combination of 32t and 20t vibratory roller and rubber roller can ensure the effective compaction of cement-stabilized macadam with a thickness of 35cm.
