本文对机床主轴系统采用油膜辅助支承进行了试验研究,通过试验及计算机模拟计算,确定出油膜辅助支承最优阻尼系数。将CA6140型车床主轴系统的中间滚动支承更换为油膜辅助支承后,其共振频率提高11Hz,轴端共振振幅降低48%,极限切削宽度提高40%。油膜辅助支承具有结构简单、成本低、工作可靠、安装方便等优点,可使主轴系统的动态性能及切削抗振性得到显著提高,对其回转精度及其它性能均有较好效果。
In this paper, the experimental study on the oil film auxiliary support for the spindle system of the machine tool was carried out. The optimum damping coefficient of the auxiliary film for the oil film was determined through the experiment and computer simulation. After replacing the middle rolling bearing of CA6140 lathe spindle system with the oil film auxiliary support, the resonance frequency is increased by 11Hz, the amplitude of the resonance at the shaft end is reduced by 48% and the ultimate cutting width is increased by 40%. The oil film auxiliary support has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, reliable operation, convenient installation and the like, and can greatly improve the dynamic performance of the spindle system and the cutting vibration resistance, and has good effects on the rotation precision and other performances.
