1956年10月《财政》月刊创刊。为财政部机关刊物,财政部办公厅《财政》杂志编辑部编辑,中国财政经济出版社出版,正文16开32页,每月5日出版。11月《财政》杂志编辑部划归中国财政经济出版社管理。1957年11月刊登李先念副总理在全国财政厅局长会议上的讲话提纲。12月刊发社论宣传国务院关于从1958年起实行“以收定支、固定比例分成、一定三年”财政体制的决定。
1956 October “fiscal” monthly publication. For the Ministry of Finance agencies publications, the General Office of the Ministry of Finance, “Finance” magazine editorial department, China Financial and Economic Publishing House, the text of 16 to 32 pages, published on the 5th of each month. November “Finance” magazine editorial division placed under the management of China’s financial and Economic Publishing House. In November 1957, Vice Premier Li Xiannian published a speech at the meeting of the director of the National Department of Finance. In December, an editorial was issued to promote the decision of the State Council on the implementation of the “fiscal revenue collection, fixed-percentage share, certain three-year” fiscal system from 1958 onwards.
