1986年1月—1998年10月本院共收治甲状腺癌350例,其中110例术前误诊为良性病变,由其他医院转入,为探讨其再手术的必要性与操作技术以及如何避免此类误诊,现报道如下。1临床资料1·1一般资料本组110例中男性18例,女性92例,年龄12~64岁,平均33·2岁。再手术距前次手术时间为3 d~1
From January 1986 to October 1998, a total of 350 cases of thyroid cancer were treated in our hospital. 110 of them were misdiagnosed as benign lesions preoperatively and transferred from other hospitals. To explore the necessity and operation techniques of reoperation and how to avoid such Misdiagnosis, are reported below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 110 cases, 18 males and 92 females, aged 12 to 64 years, mean 33.2 years. Re-operation from the previous operation time was 3 d ~ 1
