随着功能基因组学和高通量测序技术的发展和应用,以分子标记辅助选择育种和转基因育种为主要手段的生物育种技术越来越引起大豆育种家的重视。特别是伴随着新技术手段(如e QTL分析、GWAS分析、RNA-seq等)的发展,分子标记和QTL研究越来越趋向于高通量新标记开发、QTL精细定位以及新分析方法的应用等方面,进而推动了优质、多抗大豆新品种的培育,加快了大豆育种进程。为此,就2013年国内外大豆分子标记技术及其应用研究进展进行综述。
With the development and application of functional genomics and high-throughput sequencing technologies, bio-breeding technologies that use molecular marker-assisted breeding and genetically modified breeding as the main means have increasingly attracted the attention of soybean breeders. Especially with the development of new techniques (such as e-QTL analysis, GWAS analysis, RNA-seq, etc.), molecular markers and QTL research tend to be more and more focused on the development of new high-throughput markers, the fine mapping of QTLs and the application of new analytical methods And so on, thereby promoting the cultivation of high quality and multi-resistant new varieties of soybean, speeding up the process of soybean breeding. Therefore, the research progress of soybean molecular marker technology in 2013 and abroad and its application are reviewed.
