钢-混凝土组合结构受力情况复杂,成桥质量难以控制和评价,本文以渭河大桥为工程背景,对其进行力学性能分析和荷载试验研究,评价其成桥质量和工作状态,为此类结构的建模和质量评价提供参考。首先建立桥梁上部结构有限元模型,绘制出内力包络图和影响线,确定测试断面、试验工况、加载位置及大小等试验参数,计算出各工况实际车辆荷载作用下各测点的挠度和应变值,将其与现场测试结果进行对比分析,其静载试验结果表明该桥在试验荷载作用下,表现出良好的弹性工作状态,结构的强度和刚度满足要求,钢-混结合段也起到了良好的纽带作用,达到了设计要求;动载试验结果表明结构的竖向动刚度满足要求,桥梁整体工作状态良好。
The steel-concrete composite structure is complicated and its quality is difficult to control and evaluate. Based on the engineering background of Weihe River Bridge, this paper analyzes its mechanical properties and load test to evaluate its quality and working condition. Provide a reference for modeling and quality evaluation. Firstly, the finite element model of bridge superstructure was established, the internal force profile and influence line were drawn, and the test parameters such as test section, test condition, loading position and size were determined, and the deflection of each measuring point under each vehicle load The results of static load test show that under the action of test load, the bridge shows a good elastic working condition, the strength and rigidity of the structure meet the requirements, and the steel-concrete mixing section Played a good role as a link to meet the design requirements; dynamic load test results show that the vertical stiffness of the structure to meet the requirements of the bridge as a whole work in good condition.
