目的用现代核分析技术研究骨质疏松大鼠松质骨和密质骨无机元素的丢失与分布,以及中药铸骨胶囊对其修复作用。方法采用切除双侧卵巢法造成骨质疏松大鼠模型,用中子活化法和同步辐射X荧光微区分析测定大鼠股骨和第4腰椎元素的含量与分布。结果铸骨胶囊治疗组大鼠椎骨Ca含量和股骨Ca、Zn、Sr的含量均比模型组明显增加。模型组大鼠股骨头和股骨颈均有明显的多元素含量减低,股骨头元素分布失去了原有的整齐和规则;铸骨胶囊治疗组大鼠元素分布的整齐性有所恢复,股骨颈略优于股骨头。结论松质骨多种元素的丢失较密质骨严重,经铸骨胶囊治疗后也不易恢复,而密质骨的元素含量和分布均恢复较好。
