学生实习过程中的权益保护可通过学生实习责任保险而实现,它是代替学校和企业承担对学生实习伤害事故赔偿责任的商业化风险分担机制。我国学生实习责任保险制度经历了一个演进过程,现实存在建立学生实习责任保险的必要性。我国学生实习责任保险也有一定的问题,应将投保模式转变为强制责任保险,并设立弹性的保险赔偿额度以完善学生实习责任保险制度。
The rights protection during student internship can be realized through student internship liability insurance, which is a commercialized risk sharing mechanism that takes the place of schools and enterprises to take the responsibility of compensating students for trainee injuries. The system of student liability insurance in our country has undergone an evolutionary process, and there is a real need to establish student liability insurance. Our country student internship liability insurance also has certain problems, should change the insurance mode into compulsory liability insurance, and set up the flexible insurance compensation limit to perfect the student internship liability insurance system.
