以ZnSO4.7H2O和Na3PO4.12H2O为原料,采用低热(70℃)固相化学反应,超声波作用下洗涤,一步合成出磷酸锌空心纳米球,利用XRD、TEM和IR等手段表征了其结构和形貌。实验结果表明:由反应混合物得到的空心球为单一物相的Zn3(PO4)2.4H2O,直径60~130nm,壁厚5~10nm。
Using ZnSO4.7H2O and Na3PO4.12H2O as raw materials, the hollow Zn spheres were synthesized by one-step solid-state chemical reaction with low temperature (70 ℃) and ultrasonic wave. The structure and shape of the hollow nanospheres were characterized by XRD, TEM and IR appearance. The experimental results show that the hollow sphere obtained from the reaction mixture is a single phase of Zn3 (PO4) 2.4H2O with a diameter of 60 ~ 130nm and a wall thickness of 5 ~ 10nm.
