校企共建校内生产性实训基地是全面推行工学结合人才培养模式的必然要求,能达到校企双赢的目的。本文以湖南交通职业技术学院机动车保险实务专业为例,针对目前校企合作建设实训基地中存在的合作项目深度广度缺乏、项目落实不到位、服务社会能力欠缺等问题,从加强宣传、建设基地管理体系、拓展基地功能等方面进行探索与研究。
