我国转型中的企业成长问题,要区分为转型企业和转型中的新生企业来看,对于转型企业而言,由于其形成和前期发展的计划分工基础,以及在计划分工基础上形成的集体承诺的信任基础,导致其转型之前的成长模式表现为典型的大而全、小而全、企业办社会的特征。转型之后,这种成长模式依然是制约其成长的重要方面。而对于转型中新生的非公有制企业而言,如何超越关系信任,引入超越家族成员、关系户成员之间的社会分工,建立基于制度的信任基础,无疑是其成长过程中需要重点解决的关键问题。
For the transitional enterprises, due to the division of labor in the formation and initial stage of development, as well as the collective commitment formed on the basis of planned division of labor, the problem of enterprise growth in the transformation of our country is divided into the transitional enterprises and the new-born enterprises in transition. The foundation of trust has led to the growth pattern before its transformation as a typical large and small, complete and enterprise-oriented social characteristics. After the transition, this mode of growth is still an important aspect of its growth. For non-public enterprises in transition, how to transcend relationship trust and introduce social division of labor among family members and relationship members to establish a system-based foundation of trust is undoubtedly the key issue to be solved in the process of their growth .
