实验以高速钢珠致伤犬下颌部，结果观察到，颌面高速钢珠投射伤时可同时伴有脑干的间接损伤．尤以下颌升枝粉碎骨折者发生率为高（６／１１），程度为重．其损伤的主要表现为脑干硬膜下血肿或出血，皮质浅层挫伤，以脑干腹侧为好发部位．实验结果提示，临床上颌面火器伤员的不明原因死亡与作为生命中枢的脑干间接损伤有密切关系，临床医生必须充分注意．
Experiments with high-speed steel ball canine dog jaw injury, the results observed, maxillofacial high-speed steel ball injury can be accompanied by indirect damage to the brain stem. The experimental results suggest that the unexplained death of the clinical maxillofacial firearm wounded is closely related to the indirect damage of brain stem as the life center. Clinicians must pay adequate attention.
