为建立眼冲击伤的动物模型和观察伤情特点,作者们采用BST-Ⅲ型生物激波管进行了实验研究。实验中进行了临床、病理、电镜、荧光眼底血管造影及视诱发电位等项的检测。结果对3种实验动物模型,证明冲击了波能造成严重的眼损伤:如瞳孔缩小、眼压升高、眼睑、结膜、角膜、巩膜、葡萄膜,晶状体、视网膜和眼眶的损伤。其中以晶状体和视网膜的损伤严重。另外有二只眼球被击出眶外。按照眼损伤的严重性,将眼冲击伤分成:轻、重、极重3型。并探讨不同伤情特点。
To establish an animal model of eye-induced impact injury and observe the characteristics of the injury, the authors used BST-Ⅲ-type bio-shock tube experiments. In the experiment, clinical, pathology, electron microscopy, fluorescence fundus angiography and visual evoked potentials were detected. Results Three experimental animal models demonstrated that shock waves can cause severe eye damage such as miosis, elevated intraocular pressure, damage to the eyelids, conjunctiva, cornea, sclera, uvea, lens, retina and orbit. Among them, the lens and retina were severely damaged. In addition there are two eyes were hit orbital. According to the severity of eye damage, the eye impact injury is divided into: light, heavy, extremely heavy type 3. And explore different injury characteristics.
