目的观察超声脉冲电导治疗对改善肩手综合征疼痛的治疗效果。方法选取医院确诊为脑卒中并发肩手综合征患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规治疗方法,观察组在此基础上给予超声脉冲电导治疗。治疗前后分别采用溢水法、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Fugl-Meyer上肢功能障碍评分、总体治疗效果评价对2组患者进行疗效评价。结果观察组总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肢体末端肿胀改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组上肢功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声脉冲电导能有效改善肩手综合征患者的治疗效果,提高患肢末端的肿胀改善程度、疼痛状况及上肢活动能力,值得在临床治疗中进一步推广应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic pulse conductivity therapy on shoulder pain syndrome. Methods One hundred and twenty patients diagnosed as stroke complicated by shoulder-hand syndrome were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group given conventional treatment, the observation group on the basis of ultrasound pulse conductivity therapy. Before and after treatment were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups of patients using the overflow method, visual analog scale (VAS), Fugl-Meyer upper extremity dysfunction scores, the overall evaluation of the treatment effect. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 98.33%, which was higher than 83.33% in control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the improvement of limb swelling in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The improvement of pain in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The upper limb function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Ultrasound pulse electrical conductivity can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of shoulder-hand syndrome and improve the degree of swelling, pain and upper extremity activity in the distal extremity. It is worth to further promote the application in clinical treatment.
