“战略传播”这个概念是一国为实现其战略利益和战略目标对重要的对象进行传播、沟通和接触的活动。当前,人们对其概念的认识还不甚统一,还在深化的过程中,正因为如此,在理论研究和实践操作层面,战略传播还有很大的发展空间。我们应在战略传播的机制建设、传播对象、传播内容等方面积极开展策略研究,为国家战略利益服务。本文提出关于战略传播的一些思考,希望能得到有关领域的研究者实践者的指正。
The concept of “strategic communication” is an activity in which a country disseminates, communicates and contacts important people to achieve its strategic interests and strategic goals. At present, people’s understanding of the concept is not very uniform, and the process of deepening is still in progress. Because of this, there is still much room for strategic communication in terms of theoretical research and practical operation. We should actively carry out strategic studies in the areas of mechanism construction, communication targets and content dissemination of strategic communications so as to serve the national strategic interests. This article proposes some thoughts on strategic communication, hoping to get the corrections of researchers’ practitioners in relevant fields.
