目的:探讨拉曼光谱仪用于无损测定玻璃瓶装液体制剂的影响因素。方法:使用OPAL-3000型拉曼光谱仪测定环境光、水、玻璃的拉曼信号,应用Essential FTIR软件处理,分析环境光、水、玻璃的拉曼信号对测试的影响;同时使用拉曼光谱仪无损测定左旋奥硝唑注射液样品。结果:环境光、水、玻璃的拉曼信号是影响玻璃瓶装液体制剂拉曼光谱无损测定的主要因素。应用Essential FTIR软件处理,可以扣除环境光、水、玻璃对左旋奥硝唑注射液拉曼信号的影响。结论:通过Essential FTIR软件扣除环境光、水、玻璃的拉曼信号影响,并通过左旋奥硝唑注射液试验验证,拉曼光谱仪可以达到无损测定玻璃瓶装液体制剂的目的。
Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of non-destructive determination of liquid preparations in glass bottles by Raman spectroscopy. Methods: Raman signals of ambient light, water and glass were measured by OPAL-3000 Raman spectrometer. The effects of Raman signal of ambient light, water and glass on the test were analyzed by Essential FTIR software. At the same time, Determination of levorotatory ornidazole injection samples. Results: The Raman signal of ambient light, water and glass was the main factor affecting the non-destructive determination of Raman spectra in liquid glass bottles. The application of Essential FTIR software can deduct the effects of ambient light, water and glass on Raman signal of L-orononazole injection. Conclusion: The effects of Raman signal of ambient light, water and glass were deducted by Essential FTIR software and the results of non-destructive determination of liquid preparations of glass bottles by Raman spectroscopy were validated by L-orodazole injection.
