铬胁迫对番茄种子萌发的影晌

研究不同浓度的Cr6+溶液胁迫对番茄种子发芽及幼根生长的影响,以"903号"番茄种子为试材,采用0.01、0.05、0.1、0.5 mmol/L Cr6+溶液处理进行种子的发芽试验,研究种子萌发和生长的影响.试验结果表明:0.01、0.05、0.1、0.5 mmol/L Cr6+溶液处理的番茄种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、幼根长和芽长均低于CK,且随Cr6+溶液浓度的升高而呈下降趋势.Cr6+对番茄种子萌发及幼苗生长有抑制作用.
