高校后勤社会化改革以来逐步实现了独立自主经营,开始面对激烈的社会竞争,由于经营环境的变换,后勤企业面临的财务风险也越来越大。文章分析了高校后勤企业在财务管理活动中存在的几种不同的风险,及其在财务风险管理中存在的问题,并据以讨论了后勤企业可采取的部分应对措施。 Since the reform of logistics socialization, the independent management has been gradually realized and faced the fierce social competition. Due to the change of business environment, the financial risks faced by logistics enterprises are also getting bigger and bigger. This article analyzes several different risks existing in the financial management activities of the university logistics enterprises and their problems in the management of financial risks, and discusses some countermeasures that the logistics enterprises can take.
