本文以涡轮效率最大的原则选参数,导出了计算最佳速比的公式;也以离速损失最小和防止扩压流动的原则选参数,分别导出了计算合理速比的公式。把以上三种选参数的方法和传统的以“零涡排气”(α_2=90°的条件)选参数的方法与米氏选参数的方法用数字例子进行了比较。经过比较认为:本文提供的选参数方法是令人满意的,效率是高的,并克服了米氏选参数方法的缺点,故建议可用于径向冷却涡轮的设计实践。
In this paper, the formula of calculating the optimal speed ratio is deduced based on the principle parameter with the maximum turbine efficiency. The formulas of calculating the reasonable speed ratio are also derived respectively based on the principle parameters of minimizing the speed loss and preventing the flow of diffusive flow. The above three methods of selecting parameters and the traditional method of selecting parameter with “zero-vortex exhaust” (α_2 = 90 °) are compared with the method of selecting parameters by numerical examples. After comparison, it is considered that the method of parameter selection provided in this paper is satisfactory, the efficiency is high and the shortcomings of the Mie selection method are overcome. Therefore, it is suggested that it can be used in the design of radial cooling turbine.
